Sirona Therapeutic Horsemanship

What we do

Sirona Therapeutic Horsemanship offers a range of activities to suit the diverse needs of participants. Please forward your interest and any other enquiries via our contact page. We look forward to working with you.

Therapeutic Horsemanship

This form of intervention provides the opportunity for people to learn more about themselves and gain new skills through participating in activities centred on natural horsemanship, in an outdoor, rural environment

Equine Assisted Therapy (EAT)

Sirona Director, Di Gammage is a qualified Play Therapist who works in conjunction with a Horse Professional on a one-to-one basis with individuals. Therapy sessions are particularly beneficial for young people for whom conventional therapy is experienced as too intense or threatening

Horse Centred Education

This is a range of educational activities that can be incorporated into sessions for young people who find the formal classroom environment challenging. If required, qualified teachers are able to tailor a course to individual requirements, including links to the national curriculum.

Programmes to Suit

• Taster session followed by six, twelve or ongoing sessions
• Session length - 1hr, 2hr and ½ day (depending on requirement)
